Case 1: All ON 4
Initial situation:
The patient came to our clinic with multiple misaligned restorations and compromised teeth. The patient wants to improve her esthetics, smile again, and eat well by recovering the chewing function.
Happy Solution:
After a complete clinical exam, x-rays, a full set of photos, and a CT Scan, we sat with the patient to hear her expectations and concerns. We decided to remove all her upper teeth due to periodontal disease. Bad shape crowns were also an aesthetic concern. The happy solution was four implants to give a complete set of teeth made of zirconium. And then, on the bottom, she decided to perform the veneers and crowns restorations; that way, she could recover her chewing function and a great set of teeth.
Case 2: PORCELAIN VENEERS
Initial situation:
The 50-year-old lady from Canada came to our clinic with the main concern that her teeth were very worn and cracked.
Happy Solution:
After a complete set of x-rays, a full set of photos, a couple of impressions, and a complete clinical exam, we checked photos together, and she explained why she was unhappy with the size of her teeth and the way she smiles. We suggested six porcelain veneers, and she was happy with the proposal. She is now super proud of her new smile.
